How QR placement analytics works
Placement analytics closes the gap between “someone scanned” and “this specific table scanned.” Placements are first-class objects with short codes, names, and optional locations inside a workspace.
Data path: scan → placement → smart link
A visitor resolves a placement URL. Scanlayer records a scan event with placement ID and smart link ID, then executes routing to determine the outbound URL.
Dashboards aggregate honestly
Rollups sum scans, estimate unique visitors, break down QR vs NFC, and rank placements so ops can relocate underperforming signage.
Downloadable assets
PNG and SVG exports keep creative teams aligned; NFC URLs mirror QR destinations so measurement remains comparable.
