These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Scanlayer (the "Service"), operated by Atlodin LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Scanlayer is a physical engagement intelligence platform. You can create dynamic smart links and placements, route visitors with rules (time, location, device, and context), publish template experiences (such as digital menus, events, appointments, contact cards, lost-and-found tags, and Google Review flows), and measure real-world touchpoints from a workspace dashboard.

Features and limits depend on your workspace plan, active template subscriptions, bundles, and entitlements.

2. Accounts and workspaces

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for users you invite to a workspace.
• Workspace plans define how many workspaces you may own, how many smart links and placements you may use, scan limits, team access, API access, and which templates are included.
• Agency plans use an account-level pool. You may allocate template link slots, placements, and monthly scans across workspaces you own or manage for clients.
• Team roles (owner, admin, staff) control what members can view or change within a workspace.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive purposes.
• Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the Service.
• Use smart links or guest pages to phish, spam, or redirect to malicious destinations.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Circumvent plan limits, billing, or security controls.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations or risks to the Service or other users.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit (menus, images, event details, contact data, and other materials). You grant us a limited license to host, process, display, and distribute that content solely to operate and improve the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring your content, redirects, and published pages comply with applicable law and third-party rights.

5. Subscriptions, billing, and payments

• Paid features require an active subscription processed through Stripe, or a free promotional entitlement we grant without payment when offered.
• Workspace plans (such as Starter, Pro, Business, and Agency) and template subscriptions or bundles renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
• Template subscriptions may stack: multiple active licenses for the same module increase your link limit. Extra link slots may be purchased separately where offered.
• Limited-time free bundles or promotions (for example, Launch Edition) may be limited to one redemption per account and may expire after a stated period.
• Prices may be shown in USD, EUR, or TRY based on billing country, workspace billing settings, or locale. Taxes may apply where required.
• A complete workspace billing address is required before paid checkout so we can issue receipts and sync billing details with Stripe.
• You authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method for recurring fees and applicable taxes.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through the billing area or Stripe customer portal where available. Cancellation stops future charges; access may continue until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
• We may change prices for new purchases. For existing subscriptions, we will provide notice where required before price changes take effect.
• Free tiers, trials, and promotional offers may change or end; we will provide notice where required.

6. Analytics and guest pages

When visitors scan or tap your placements, we collect usage data described in our Gizlilik Politikası. If you publish guest-facing pages, you are responsible for informing visitors as required by law (for example, privacy notices for forms, cookies, or marketing sign-ups).

7. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties (such as Stripe, Google, OAuth providers, and mapping or review services). Your use of those features may be subject to their terms and policies.

8. Intellectual property

We and our licensors own the Service, software, branding, and documentation. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks or proprietary materials except as needed to use the Service.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlodin LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars if you have not paid us.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Atlodin LLC and its officers, members, and employees from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or risk to the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; some provisions survive.

13. Changes

We may modify these Terms or the Service. We will post updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
